Doc-U-Aide Enterprise
Doc-U-Aide Enterprise lets you see the longitudinal risk profile of the patient across care settings. Your patient’s risk profile remains the same across all care settings – inpatient, outpatient and emergency. You may just look at it differently. For an inpatient you look for CCs and MCCs. In an outpatient setting you look for CMS and HHS HCCs and RxHCCs. For patient safety and quality you review charts for PSI, HACs and other quality measures in an inpatient setting. In an outpatient setting you review for PQRS/GPRO and other quality measures. But many CCs and MCCs map to HCCs and vice versa. Same is the case for quality measures.
